Action: jamest loves common it a truely unhealthy way i've not messed w/ appserver though I working on "new BO registration system" body oder? business object ;) ah :) shhhhh, don't tell anyone hehe..:o) but I'm working on a gnue-common based RPG game cool! along the lines of final fantasy, xenosaga great good way to improve basic framework gnue-common yeah, actually it's been a good fit so far a few minor bugs yesterday but I'm not real far into it yet slowly, but surely yeah and I plan to take samples from it's code base to document more features in the common dev guide as gnue is too complex for tutorial info :) oh! thanks I read it yesterday s/gnue/gnue-forms,reports,appserver, etc/ Action: thierry means GNUe Common developer's introduction was it usefull? i know I need to update the samples to reflect some api changes well, layout mainly client example is useful but I was interested by the server side :( so, I had to look at source code sorry nop there is an example in gnue-common/src/rpc/drivers/_test cool if you get into it and decide to use it I'd appreciate any documentation you come up with so it can be added to the guide ok sigh, the A/C is down here at work the room with the servers had to be 100F+ degrees one went into themal protect and shut down ops! zXc3 (~zXc3@212.97.50.218) joined #gnuenterprise. hello zXc3 hey thierry jcater (~jason@w202.z065105010.mem-tn.dsl.cnc.net) joined #gnuenterprise. heyla jcater hi dsmith (~dsmith@mail.actron.com) joined #gnuenterprise. hi dsmith Good thierry hehe :) hmm.. can I modify a label from a trigger? not afaik but you can create an entry with a style of label that looks the same I was trying to think of a work around for the lack of working display masks not a big deal though any idea when you might be ready to chew up the format masks? :) Stoke (~stoker@141.149.254.50) left irc: Read error: 110 (Connection timed out) good question i might get into them in August depending on workload Action: thierry goes to Japan in august :) which august? this coming august? :) I didnt think there'd be a way to manipulate labels.. but then was remembering discussions of 'dynamic labels' and thought there might be a chance.. so I'm guessing 'dynamic labels' are really entry widgets that look like labels? I think so at least the way it stands now aug 2006 dimas (~dimas@195.218.177.46) joined #gnuenterprise. hi dimas http://www.gnuenterprise.org/project/status.html needs to be updated.. still showing 0.4.3 as current hello all howdy dimas Arturas (~arturas@gsk.vtu.lt) left irc: "Client exiting" dcmwai (~dcmwai@219.94.80.104) joined #gnuenterprise. zXc3 (~zXc3@212.97.50.218) left irc: R45 (~R45@cuscon2388.tstt.net.tt) got netsplit.
