<sss> OK, I will try your suggestions, I am using Debian Sarge

<reinhard> IIRC postgres install on sarge asks you for some kind of default encoding

<sss> I have never used python before, I thinking changing gnue-schema to run gnue.common.schema.scripter.Scripter in debug mode, if possible
