<johannesV> reinhard, regarding € (or other unicode-character above 255) in entries; the only event which carries such symbols is wx.EVT_TEXT; that signal is fired after the contents of an entry has been changed. it's different from EVT_CHAR which is fired after a new symbol has been entered, but before it is sent to the widget
<johannesV> so using EVT_CHAR we'd be able to intercept keys ...

<aries_mindworks> kilo: in spite of the hard developement, you shouldn't create critical bugs. A reative stable developement tree would be nice, with new, untested features but the previous features should be stable
<kilo> well i think it is obtained, the release works afaik
<kilo> and in fact gnue-inmvoice is hmmm 'too advanced' there are some features in it that isnt plain gnue
<kilo> so i think gnue cannot be considered to have a bug if it is in gnue-invoice. as far as it goes ok with info.gfd or gauntlet.gfd, it should be considered ok
<kilo> but i will take a look at it soon

<kilo> they shouldnt confuse eachother, but keep in mind the .conf files are located elsewhere when using the release version or the svn one.
